Received on time and heavy duty construction, appears to be high quality materials. Assembly is easy to understand but there are no instructions or paperwork? it came with all pictured but i dont know if it is already charged or has the materials installed inside or if these are extra for the next fills? the top tube is assembled so leads me to think its ready to go but i will have to take apart to figure it out. also if i only charge to 200 bar, do i use the black knobs at the bottom to relieve pressure since the relief valve is 300 bar?
